Q: The game's audio won't play.

Q: I want to continue my game from the Lite Version.

Q: Do I have to pay again if I redownload the game?
A: You can redownload the app for free.
If you were charged for the purchase, it is possible that you were using a different account from the one you used to purchase the game, so please make sure you know which account you are signed in with.
Also note that we are not able to answer account-related inquiries, so please direct these to Google Play support.
Q: Can I use a game that I purchased on an iOS device on an Android device as well?
A: Apps sold on the Google Play Store are a different format than those sold on Apple's App Store. For this reason, if you switch devices from Android to iOS or from iOS to Android, you must repurchase any titles that you wish to use on the new device -- even titles that you already purchased for your old device.
It is also not possible to transfer save data. Thank you for your understanding.
Q: If I uninstall the game, will my save data be deleted?
A: Yes. If you uninstall the app, the app's save data will be deleted. Please note that it is impossible to restore save data once it has been deleted.
Q. I bought this app in English, but I'd like to try it in Japanese.
A. You can change the language of the app by altering the language settings on your device.
The language can be changed for the following apps:
The language of the above apps can be changed through Settings > Language on your device. This allows you to switch the language of the app from Japanese to English, or vice versa.
For apps not listed above, the English and Japanese versions are treated as separate games. Unfortunately, this means the language cannot be changed.
