Q. The purchase I made in Bonbon Cakery has not arrived.

A. There can sometimes be delays with the Google Play payment system, and in some cases this may make purchases take some time to arrive.
Also, orders can sometimes be automatically cancelled. In this case you will receive an email from Google regarding the cancellation.

If you have not received a cancellation email, you can try the steps below to see if you can receive your purchase in the app.

1. First, update the app to the latest version (open it in the Google Play Store).
Also update the Google Play Store app to the latest version.

2. Turn your device off and then turn it on again. Also check that your device's date and time are set correctly.

3. After restarting your device, confirm that you are logged in using the account that you use for the Google Play Store.

4. Open Bonbon Cakery and select "Shop" > "Ticket Shop" from the menu. Then return to the main screen and wait for a short time.

5. If the item is not displayed under "Purchases," select "Actions" > "Shop" > "Ticket Shop" from the menu and check if the item is listed as "On Order."

* If performing the steps above does not result in your purchase being reflected in the app, please quit the app and retry step 4 after waiting for around 1 hour.

Q. Can I transfer my game data if I get a new device?

A. At present, if you change your device you must re-download the game on the new device, and cannot transfer your save data. We are deeply sorry.

Q. My save data has disappeared. Is it possible to get it back?

A. Save data is only stored locally on your device, and not on our servers. For this reason, if your save data is lost, there is unfortunately no way to get it back. We are deeply sorry.

Q. My screen is all black.

A. Try turning off your device and then turning it back on again.

Q. The app quits just after it starts up.

A. The game may not start if your device has been rooted or if you are using certain tools.

Q. I am having an issue with the game.

A. In some cases, issues are solved by updates, so first be sure that you have updated to the latest version in the Google Play Store.
If it happens again, make sure that your email settings allow you to receive email from the domain "kaipa.jp".
Then please send an email to support describing the issue you are experiencing in detail.

Q. How do I start a new game?

A. You can start a new game by deleting and then reinstalling the app.
However, please note that any tickets or items you have purchased will be lost.

Q. The sweet sets I want to purchase aren't available at Pumpkin Products.

A. A few months after you create a new recipe, a set will appear in Pumpkin Products. After that, the shop will get restocked at random.
Also, some rare sets will only appear at Pumpkin Products once, after which they will not be restocked.
You may get them if you make changes to the recipe, or through a HoF Challenge or a Rare Lucky Spin, but it isn't guaranteed...
Depending on the combination of ingredients you choose, in some cases it is possible to upgrade a base sweet into a rare sweet, so try experimenting.

Q. Why is my Sweetness stat at 0?

A. It is possible that your supplier's skill is the "Bitter's Better" skill.

■ How to Check
1. Select "Manage" > "Change Supplier" from the menu.

2. Use the scroll bar at the right of the currently selected supplier window to scroll down.

You can improve this by selecting a different supplier or by leveling it up.

Q. I'm having trouble increasing my Texture stat.

A. This might be affected by the skill of the currently selected supplier.

■ How to Check
1. Select "Manage" > "Change Supplier" from the menu.

2. Use the scroll bar at the right of the currently selected supplier window to scroll down.

You can improve this by selecting a different supplier or by leveling it up.

Q. My sweet's rank or stats have gone down.

A. The stats of an existing sweet can change for the following reasons:

・Because you changed suppliers.
・Because your supplier leveled up, changing its supplier skill.

1. Select "Manage" > "Change Supplier" from the menu.

2. Use the scroll bar at the right of the currently selected supplier window to scroll down.

・Because of the effects of Super Dough or an event that occurs when your truck returns from a sales trip.
・Because you used an item on an ingredient and changed its stats, etc.

Q. My customer's favorite recipe is no longer displayed.

A. This can be for the following reasons:

・Your customer has leveled up, increasing the stats of his or her favorite recipe, and making it so your current recipes are no longer their favorite.

・You changed your supplier, which changed your sweets' stats, making it so your current recipes are no longer their favorite.

・Your supplier leveled up, changing its supplier skill and the stats of your sweets, which made it so your current recipes are no longer their favorite.

Q. I want to upgrade an ingredient, but it is not shown in the list.

A. If you don't have stock of an ingredient, you can't upgrade it.
If you purchase a sweet set at Pumpkin Products, you will then have stock of it, enabling you to upgrade it.
Also, as you play through the game, you may get ingredients through HoF Challenges and Rare Lucky Spins, but it's not guaranteed...

Q. The total calories of my sweet are more than the total of the ingredients I added to it.

A. In the following case, it is possible for a sweet's calories to be higher than the normal ingredients you added to it.
・If the combination of ingredients you chose caused the sweet to evolve (going from a Cake Roll to a Yule Log, for example).
This can cause calories to be added in addition to the ingredients you chose. The higher the parameters of the sweet it evolved into, the higher the calories will be.

Q. I can't seem to unlock an item displayed as "???" for a customer in a HoF Challenge.

A. Depending on the sweet's compatibility with that customer, you may not be able to unlock this item.
The more combos you trigger, the better your chances of unlocking the item.

Q. Can you add ingredients in a HoF Challenge?

A. No.
The ingredients you use will be consumed as you proceed through the customers in the HoF Challenge.

Q. Using the "Limit Removal Pass" didn't increase my sweets' stats.

A. The Limit Removal Pass does not increase a sweet's stats. Rather, it removes limits on your sweets' stats, allowing you to improve them further.
Each time you purchase the Limit Removal Pass, the limit will increase by 1000 (going from 999 to 1999, then to 2999, and up to a maximum of 9999).

Also note that sweets that you created before the limit was increased will have their stats saved at the pre-increase level, and so they will not increase.
You will need to remake the sweet after increasing the limit in order to realize its true stats.

Q. I was told that I could place more shelves in my shop, but I can't do it.

A. This does not refer to the number of shelves that can be placed on the sales floor, but rather to the types of shelves that can be placed.
