Q: I'm having trouble buying and downloading content from the Google Play Store. What should I do?

 A: Please try the steps below, as certain situations can lead to problems even on supported devices.
 
Restart your device

1. Turn off your device.

2. Remove the back cover and take out the SIM card and battery.

3. Wait about ten seconds.

4. Re-insert the SIM card and battery, then replace the back cover.

5. Turn on the device.

Google account settings

Make sure that your device is set up to use the same account that was used to purchase the app from the Google Play Store.

Clear the Google Play Store app's cache

1. At your home screen, press the Menu key and choose "Settings".

2. Select "Applications" > "Manage applications".

3. Press the Menu key, then select "Filter" > "All".

4. Select the Google Play app and tap "Clear cache".
Note: Be careful not to tap "Uninstall update" by mistake!

Turn off Wi-Fi

1. From your home screen, press the Menu key and select "Settings".

2. Select "Wireless & networks".

3. Uncheck "Wi-Fi".

Troubleshooting Download Issues

Q: An authentication error occurs when the app starts up and I'm not sure what to do.

 A: A purchase authentication check is sometimes performed when the app starts up. Enter the account that was used to purchase the app from the Google Play Store, then start the app in a place with good signal strength.

If the issue persists, please try the steps outlined here:
you will need to clear your Google Play's data and cache. To do this:

1. Go your device's Settings menu.

2. Go to Applications (may also be labeled Application Manager).

3. Tab over to All Applications.

4. Open the Google Play Store app.

5. Tap on Clear Data and Clear Cache.

6. Relaunch Google Play and install or update the our app again.


Since this is an issue with the Google Play Store, for further support with this issue you will need to contact the Google Play Store customer support directly.


Permissions

To play this game on devices running Android OS 6.0 or above, you must first grant permissions to the app. Please follow the steps below to do so.

1. Enter Settings > Apps on your device, then select the application.

2. Select Permissions and set all fields to ON.

Q:My save-data was lost...

 A.Unfortunately, the game's save data is stored on your device, so we cannot restore it.
 We are considering building back-up system network,the start time is undecided.

Q: The game's audio won't play.

 A: Make sure that silent mode is turned off and check the device's media volume. Be sure to check the app's in-game volume settings as well.

Q: I want to continue my game from the Lite Version.

 A: The Lite Version and Full Version of the game are different apps, and for that reason it is not possible to continue to use the same save data.

Q: Do I have to pay again if I redownload the game?

 A: You can redownload the app for free. If you were charged for the purchase, it is possible that you were using a different account from the one you used to purchase the game, so please make sure you know which account you are signed in with.
 Also note that we are not able to answer account-related inquiries, so please direct these to Google Play support.

Q: Can I use a game that I purchased on an iOS device on an Android device as well?

 A: Apps sold on the Google Play Store are a different format than those sold on Apple's App Store. For this reason, if you switch devices from Android to iOS or from iOS to Android, you must repurchase any titles that you wish to use on the new device -- even titles that you already purchased for your old device.  It is also not possible to transfer save data. Thank you for your understanding.

Q: If I uninstall the game, will my save data be deleted?

 A: Yes. If you uninstall the app, the app's save data will be deleted. Please note that it is impossible to restore save data once it has been deleted.


Q. I bought this app in English, but I'd like to try it in Japanese.

A. You can change the language of the app by altering the language settings on your device.
The language can be changed for the following apps:

Oh!Edo Towns
Venture Towns


The language of the above apps can be changed through Settings > Language on your device. This allows you to switch the language of the app from Japanese to English, or vice versa.

For apps not listed above, the English and Japanese versions are treated as separate games. Unfortunately, this means the language cannot be changed.
